As the school year winds down across the District, students and staff are being recognized for out-of-this-world athletic talents and academic achievements. 

But at Warren Park Elementary School this past Thursday, students made sure to close out the year on a high note as well, letting their dancing, singing and instrumental abilities shine on the school-wide stage at their end-of-year Talent Show.

From hip-hop moves and Mexican folkloric dancing, to heartfelt songs and comedy skits, the talent show was chockfull of surprises from Warren Park students of all ages!

School talent shows are not only fun — they're a wonderful platform for students to hone skills including confidence, self-expression and community spirit. Whether solo or group acts, having the courage and energy to step up on stage in front of peers and community members helps promote inclusivity, celebrate diversity and encourage the students to step outside of their comfort zones and nurture their creativity.
